Kettlebell Basics
This 12-week program is perfect for anyone new to kettlebells or just getting back into a fitness routine!
Learn the fundamentals of kettlebell training and build solid foundation of strength as you practice the foundational kettlebell movements like goblet squats, deadlifts, presses, getups, and—yes—swings!
This program will take walk you through these movements step-by-step to leave you feeling strong and confident.
What to expect:
3-4 full body workouts per week. Each one between 15-30 minutes. These are short but you will be working hard. Don’t worry, you can handle it!
A bonus weekly yoga practice to help you wind down and relax right from home.
Progressively more challenging workouts and movements to keep you improving and moving toward your fitness goals.
Video demonstrations of every movement so you can be confident you’re getting it right.

This training program offers a combination of focused strength sessions and blasts of more intense cardio using interval training and strength aerobics to help you create a body you love.
What to expect:
Upper and lower body focused strength sessions (2 upper/2 lower each week) that build upon each other and keep you progressing.
15-20 minute full body interval training or strength aerobics sessions after your strength training to get your heart rate up, improve your cardiovascular fitness, and torch more calories.
One weekly yoga session to help keep you centered, relaxed, and recovered from all of your hard work!
