4 Week Fitness & Nutrition Challenge

This challenge is NOT for the faint of heart. On Sunday, April 28th, we’ll begin our mission to complete ten thousand kettlebell swings over the course of 4 weeks (and a couple of days), along with other movement patterns in much lower quantities to make sure we’re moving in lots of ways!

Those who join in will be challenged both physically and mentally as you work your way through completing 10 thousand swings but we’ll be with you every step of the way!

At the end of this 4-week challenge, you can expect to lose a few pounds, if that’s what you’re going for, build strength—especially in your glutes, hamstrings, and core—and feel oh-so proud of yourself for doing the dang thing!

It sounds like A LOT, and it IS, but you are 100 PERCENT CAPABLE of getting this done!

How the challenge works…

We’ll be breaking the 10 thousand swings up into challenging but doable increments of 500 swings per workout.

Workouts will be done in a 2 days on, 1 day off format. Completing 500 swings each day along with other targeted movements for different body parts and/or mobility in much lower volumes. You can expect each workout to last between 45-60 minutes depending on how hard you push the pace.

As a participant you will be provided with a guided program for completing your swings as well as nutritional support to help you lean out and feel energized— all you have to do it jump in and WORK.

Stay consistent with the program and you will feel lean, toned, strong and accomplished by the end of 4 weeks!!

You will build cardiovascular fitness, gain strength, build muscle, burn a TON of calories, and get quite the endorphin rush in the process. Not to mention the mental gains you’ll make from pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone!
